		<description>hey atmasphere, google has the wrong page link (what else is new) and I haven&#039;t worked out a redirect yet, here&#039;s an updated link to the list of sites you can ping, that I keep updated - but the old one doesn&#039;t get the updates.  I changed it to use dashes instead of underscores - google treats underscores as all one word, dashes as spaces.... =)
