Absolutely rocks in every way. Google has once again proven that it has what is needed to deliver great products. it’s a decent browser…download time may be a dash slower than other browsers but the app load time, smooth rendering, space utilization etc are great.

I used Chrome all afternoon today. I didn't crash any tabs, but I notice a *couple* flash rendering problems. It's a great first effort from Google. I'm really looking forward to OSX and Linux versions.

You got me excited when you said it can be compiled for linux. The code is available, and the prerequisites can be installed with one apt-get line. Unfortunately, all it compiles is a command line testing app, no graphics. I'm going to compile it anyway, cause I've got a VM Hardy Heron handy, and I'm curious.
