Fresh Pasta Tonight

Tonight’s dinner …

I just used my newÂ KitchenAid Pasta Roller & Cutter to process the dough I made in our mixer. The process was pretty simple … though it took about 90 minutes. We’ll be putting water up to boil shortly.
