Podcasting support within iTunes is the best I've seen for how to handle the enclosures. A basic user already familiar with the iTunes Music Store can now easily download single programs or subscribe to various Podcasts with a few clicks and not have to know anything about RSS or enclosures. Nice!
With this type of integration, it's only a matter of itime until Podcast creators switch out their links to enable iTunes to handle their subscriptions.
