Is it just me or does iSync generally take forever to really get going? Before I even get a percent status, it just hangs apparently syncing… Anyway to boost this?

Yes, I used iSync for a year for backups but it was much too slow so I invested in an external hard drive (much faster). I think there servers are slow or may be there server software.
