  1. The guy in the video started of by doing Aerobics when he was younger. parkour started in the ukraine a few years ago.

    I mess about with parkour with a mate from my office. Both our sklls come from our aerobics and martial arts training. The rest is just our guts. We do it when we are not programming as we run a programming business.

  2. Sorry, I meant to say acrobatics not aerobics. Anyway, the topless guy in the video you are talking about is called Oljeg. He belongs to a group who call themselves ‘The Dvinsk Clan’, their site is no longer up and running. They are based in Latvia.

Funny thing is, I’ve been climbing walls since I was 5 yr old, look for my new video on google, where I climb My Everest and do a flip off of it! And that song Si Triste is some serious SHI! Parkour is awesome, Im 17 currently and frankly havent practiced anything at all dealing with things Parkour related… but I guess better to start practicing now than waiting til Im in my 40s and breaking hips lol.   46. Yes Si Triste is french, Parkour=French sport, therefore French music. However it is widely practiced all over Europe/Russia
