It has happened to me, too!

I thought the cause was the new Nokia Conversations app (not the 8.x one that you can download from the Beta Labs, the 9.x that is available to other FP2 devices through their built-in App updater): in fact I removed it and everything's fine since then…

had to use the old *#7370# to reset the phone …

How is that possible if it was in a reboot loop?

It wasn't actually resetting, but looping to white and rebuilding the screen from either the standby screen or anywhere else on the device back to the standby screen. I was amazed I could actually get the code in … been using it all morning without issue.

I'm sorry to disappoint Nokia supporters worldwide but it's not the first nor the last time that a software or hardware bug of Nokia makes its form or product practically useless. The bad thing is that at least here in Greece Nokia Service varies from terrible to non-existent. Thank you very much for reading my comment which is actually my real life experience.

obviously a bug of some kind … happens to plenty of devices in my experience. I reset it and was back in business pretty quickly. Tried to avoid the reset, but it was necessary.

There is no Nokia Support in the US. In fact, even getting a warranty on a Euro device was impossible until recently. That's all sorted now too though.

i was told that the e75 can be set up to operate same as a blackberry regarding how it operated with emails. Is this true and how is it done ?

Using the integrated messaging client you can get multiple push mail accounts working within a few moments. I have both my corporate mail and a few personal accounts all going.
