At work: Leading marketing at Scratch through a brand repositioning, rebuilding the email infrastructure on Klaviyo, launching paid media, and connecting marketing analytics across Shopify, GA4, Salesforce, and Klaviyo for the first time. Building the systems that let a small team punch above its weight.
Writing: Publishing Work Related daily — an editorial digest pulling from about 300 sources, covering technology, culture, media, and whatever else seems worth noticing. The reading habit feeds the thinking, the digest forces the synthesis.
Building: Slowly assembling a personal infrastructure — tools for capture, triage, synthesis, and publishing that make the gap between thinking something and doing something about it as small as possible.
Reading: Always too many things. The reading list lives in Readwise Reader and the interesting bits surface in the digest.
Riding: Road cycling in Westchester when the weather allows. Checking the weather obsessively when it doesn’t.
