MacOSXHints.com posted this hint today and at first I did not think much of it… However, since I read how to do it (click on the subject of a message, then Apple+C) I have atually done it a few times. Basically, you can copy and paste a message from mail without scrolling through the whole thing and even capture the correct header info if you wish to do a clean forward.
