It's not a matter of technology, The matter is one suit has much more flotation. If I were to go out there in a scuba suit it wouldn't be fair either. There's something not right about it.

Cool, but I like resort wear swimsuits, where the last thing you are worried about is if the suit ever gets wet!
Some suits are for looks only…

They have already been banned from competitions, after 1 event with heaps of world records broken, they will not be alloud to be worn again.
