Here’s a great list of applications for Palm users, Treo or no Treo. In my quest to prove just how wonderful and powerful the Treo 600 is, here is a list of the software that I’ve added to it (not the utilities that came with it). The latest additions have an asterisk next to the … Read morePalm Apps List
Just caught this on Gizmodo… NYC will have to wait for TWC to get their testing done, though I don’t know anyone lucky enough to be on the list or if these are even in consumer’s homes for testing. When I last checked it was going to be sometime in the Fall. Already testing in … Read moreCox Pushing HD DVR Testing

Thanks for the pointer, Steve! I’ve been bummed about Apple Mail deciding I can’t handle the HTML on this one for a long time and have not read it as much as I would have liked. I just learned that eMarketer now has an RSS feed. You can get the feed here (RSS). [Micro Persuasion]
Most excellent! The only thing missing here is the ability to capture from Cable or Satellite – Terrestrial signals only, which I can’t (and would not want to) do here in Apartment land. Obviously going through the info on Tiger… Spotlight looks absolutely amazing! Now I officially get the Longhorn jokes from this morning… the use of the sidebar is pretty heavy through some of the new apps for quickly calling attention and sorting details.
It’s the details that amaze me… You can certainly use many other systems by installing them yourself, but this gives you out of the box functionality which is totally cool. Apple also announced Tiger Server, which includes David Czarnecki’s Blojsom weblog CMS bundled, an XML-RPC interface, as well as publishing content in RSS. [Scripting News]

In addition to the Gorgeous Aluminum displays announced at WWDC, Apple is also showing off the new Safari 2.0 which includes a built-in RSS Reader… What I like about this announcement is that it popularizes syndication. I guess that day is … Read moreLeap Frog introduces Leap Pad for babies

This is actually quite sad. I wonder it it’s just an oversight or if all MS Reader content gets this protection regardless of what it is. I don’t know whether it is a MS policy, but I’ve downloaded a good number of free Palm Reader e-Books that were free from protection because they were either … Read moreAmazing But True
